He helps businesses to have practices, training, and policies that value people and achieve their organizational goals. Michael's approach is based on four foundations of self-care: physical, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual. Michael's diverse work experience includes working as a paperboy, amusement park worker, postal clerk, teacher, camp counselor, house painter, gardener, probation officer, bartender, and Catholic priest. He has transformed his life and that of hundreds of people around the world. Michael has served as an HR executive, administrative officer, adjunct professor, and coached his daughter’s basketball team for seven years. Currently, Michael is engaged in HR consulting and executive coaching three days per week and life coaching services to individual private clients for two days per week. In his consulting work, he provides expert human resources consulting services and direct HR services personally and through associates to organizations. He has worked with clients from various industries, including healthcare, chemical, accounting, hospitality, and education. Michael holds a certificate in HR management, advanced Spanish studies, a master of divinity, and a bachelor of arts in psychology. He has also completed a coaching program in coaching with spirit. Michael is skilled in search, research scientist, PHP, and senior software engineering.
